At the moment we deliver all through the regions of Nigeria. Delivery charges range between N400.00 – N2,000.00 depending on your location.

Please note that timescales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the Products and your address. We currently deliver to addresses in Nigeria. Please allow extra time for deliveries to addresses outside Lagos.

Unfortunately orders for delivery overseas cannot be placed via email or telephone. If you would like to place an order to be delivered to an overseas address please contact us with your order requirements and delivery address, the sales team will come back to you with delivery charges and timings.

Our couriers normally deliver Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
Deliveries within Lagos will usually take 1 day. At busy periods dispatch and delivery outside Lagos may take longer than 3-5 working days but in any event will be within 30 days of your Order

When you submit an Order to us, this does not mean that we have accepted your Order. Our acceptance of your Order will take place as described in clause

If we are unable to supply you with the Product for example if the Product is out of stock, we will inform you of this and will not process the Order. These Terms will become binding on you and us when we issue you with a written acceptance of an Order.

We will assign an order number to the Order and inform you when we confirm the Order. Please quote the Order number in all subsequent correspondence with us relating to the Order. We agree to sell products for the purpose of resale. For further information on how to make bulk purchases, please contact us.

We aim to show products on our website as accurately as possible, but they are for illustrative purposes only and so the Products you receive may look different. If there is anything unclear, or if you wish to obtain further information about the product, please contact us.

An invoice will be sent to your email once a payment has been completed and a hard copy with your order.

The price of the Products will be the price displayed in-store or notified to you by email or telephone when the Order is placed. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect Orders that we have confirmed with you.

We accept payment by debit card, credit card and Bank transfers. We will not dispatch the Products until we are in receipt of cleared funds.

Our stated prices include VAT. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of the Order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

The prices for the Products exclude delivery charges, which will be added to the total amount due.


If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

We also cannot remove items from an existing order. Instead, please return any unwanted items once you receive your order.

Our payment provider only allows us to capture funds within seven days of you placing your order – otherwise we have to cancel your order, re-enter it and contact you for your credit card information again. We’d prefer to charge you at time of shipment, but we do so when you place your order to prevent future inconvenience.

You can return any goods to us within 20 days of purchase If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect. We will replace the goods (subject to availability) or refund your payment at your option. Please note that we will not accept for change or refund, any sealed goods once they have been unsealed. We reserve the right to deduct monies from refunds where the goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value. When your Products are delivered please check the delivery carefully to ensure it is complete and no Products are damaged. In the event that your Order is visibly damaged, do not accept the Order and please return the Products to the courier.

If you have accepted the Product(s) and subsequently discover that they are damaged / misdescribed or Products are missing please contact us immediately, If you receive Products which are damages, misdescribed or missing, you may be entitled to a refund, price reduction or replacement. Where a replacement is not possible e.g. because the Product is no longer available then a refund will be offered. We will only accept returned Diffusers if they have defects such as computer error on the screen, when the keypads don’t work or when it not diffusing properly. If the customer opens the engine of the diffuser or if there is any sign of BREAKAGE caused by the customer, we will not accept the return.

Please note that for our third party courier company to accept liability for damage caused in transit we must inform them of any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Therefore, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible following delivery of the Product(s) if there has been any damage. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible.

You may make a change to your Order at any time before we despatch the Products. Where this results in a change in the total price of the Products, we will notify you of the amended price in writing. If the price is higher, you can choose to cancel the Order by informing us promptly in writing.

We are currently experience a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. Please allow 3-4 extra business days for order processing.
